More building work - there’s a whole line of these appartment blocks going up across from our hotel.   There must be 8 or 10 of them all the same… tower blocks.  I wonder if this is what South London looked like in the 60s?

The view by day from the 46th floor of the Emirates Marina Hotel.  I knew there was lots of building work going on, but it’s everywhere you look.   The pounding of the piledrivers started at 6AM and the dumper truckers were up and down the highway until 2AM.
